During the inspection, Licensor observed three-step cleaning process was located on the changing mat and accessible to children (1)(a) During the inspection, Licensors observed two doors in the hallway that were open and accessible to children (2)(a) During the inspection, Provider mentioned that the other licensed room is closed and not in used. Provider will need to make this room inaccessible to children, use a gate, or lock to door (2)(a)(b)
